Fee structure

Our fees are largely contingent upon the successful closing of purchase transactions. Although we do charge a retainer, we collect for the vast majority of our efforts through success fees upon closing. Arris Group’s clients who are selling their businesses fall into a wide range of industries, typically in sizes between $5 million and $250 million in revenues. Due to the confidential nature of information concerning our seller clients, we require advance information about prospective buyers and their specific interests before providing substantive data regarding the sellers we represent. We also require a confidentiality agreement to be signed prior to disseminating any information about a prospective company.
